It is for the Awareness of Common Public - who are being cheated by False Agent of Cell Tower
Huge Rent , Job offer to the landlords are now a days very attractive Offer being given to many Landlords & Land owners in many metro cities of India & now this business is entering in west Bengal by fake agents of Cell Tower Operators & they are falling in their trap by the false Agent of Cell Tower Providers in getting the Roof & land for Lease Rent . By Giving this attractive offer to the owners of Land owner & Land lord , they are falling into their net of false business . It is learnt that initially these fake Agents pay some advance to these prospecting owners . These people start to believe their offer when many receive money . These fake agents also publish their advertisement in news paper with their Mobile number.
In this serious matter DOT & TERM Cell was contacted & as per their opinion the Industrial house feel that there is a official approved list of cell operators in India. In their opinion that there is no connection of job offer related to installation of cell tower . Generally Cell Towers are installed after lot of Conditions & Agreement being made between Land lord & Cell Operators also after receiving License from DOT .
Due to lack of awareness among public, most people without verifying the documents agrees to go for Rent & get Cheated . Now a days after seeing Advertisement in News paper people are contacting Telecom Research and Monitoring Cell ( TERM Cell ). The DDG of TERM Cell is enquiring about this fake business. These fake Agents initially pay an advance to the owners & after some time these agent ask owners to pay some money for installing cell towers. Currently these type of incidents have been received from Uttar Pradesh . TERM Cell is not doing any Awareness program for the common people very inactive wherever this Deptt. Exists , rather they are not much vigilant & not making any Random Test of Measuring of Radiation Levels of Antennas . Last Year DOT has reduced Radiation Levels from 1st Sept. 2012 & Govt. announced that the TERM cell will check whether the cell operators have reduced or not ? No initiative is rarely visible from TERM cell for random checking for the interest of the public ? In Noida, Hon'ble High Court has ordered to remove 300 cell towers for Illegal installations for wrongly installing in Residential Areas.
In my conclusion I like to mention that people should not fall pray to these fake agents getting lucrative offer . There is none to rescue people rather than to be harassed . Neither DOT nor State Govts. are thinking any remedy from this Cell Tower hazards & Harassments in our Society !!
